Anti Smoking Book Giving Away E-Cigarettes with Every Purchase

The e-cigarette has impressed one anti smoking book author so much that he plans to give away a starter kit with each purchase of his book.
The e-cigarette helps smokers break the psychological hold that cigarettes have over them. Nicotine replacement products provide the body with the nicotine that it is craving, but they do not deal with the psychological implications of smoking. Holding the cigarette in the hand, the physical act of smoking, and all of the social situations that cause smokers to fall off the wagon are not addressed with patches, gum and mints.
The e-cigarette has faced criticism from some anti smoking advocates who claim that the e-cigarette encourages the behaviour that leads to smoking. For those who approve of the device, it is a tool that smoker?s can use to finally overcome an addiction to cigarettes that other products have failed to do.
The device has spurred quite a controversy among those who are against smoking of any kind in public. Europe has already made the wise decision to allow the device in public places that do not allow cigarette smoking. The vapour that is emitted is not harmful to others and it does not even require the use of matches or a lighter.
Smoking is a habit that goes far beyond an addiction to nicotine. Smokers contend with other behaviours that coincide with the use of cigarettes such as driving or drinking. Smoking after a meal and while drinking a cup of coffee are some of the barriers that former smokers must deal with in their efforts to give up the cigarettes.
The e-cigarette eliminates harmful tar and the hundreds of carcinogens that come from a traditional cigarette. While the smoker is still using nicotine, all of these additional chemicals in tobacco products are taken out of the mix.
