A poll conducted by R. Malcolm from the Royal London Hospital, shows that those who are trying to quit smoking prefer the Electronic cigarette as their stop smoking aid. More than half of the smokers polled chose the Electronic cigarette as the device or method that was most helpful to them while trying to kick the habit. Each of the participants in the study sampled four different quitting methods and more than half of them found the Electronic cigarette to be the ideal product among the ones tested to help them quit.

The E Cigarette community in the United States is awash with rumours that a decision on the future fate of E Cigarette sales and usage in the country is near, and general consensus seems to be that all relevant paperwork in the case presented by the FDA is ready and that a federal judge has made a final decision ? a decision that will be announced imminently.
If a potential ban on the devices does come into effect, an issue relating to black market sales may come to the forefront, and this may be a problem that the FDA has not taken into consideration before looking for a ban to be put in place. With the debate raging across the pond over E Cigarettes and their usage, the Electronic Cigarettes Association (ECA) in America has come out and requested, via its president Matt Salmon, that all those individuals and entities involved in the situation that they should discuss and research the devices in an honest way, something which has not been the case up until now.
